Overall I enjoy being part of a team where I can help lead them to not only meet business goals, but to also learn and grow all of our skill sets at the same time. I want to be a part of a process that allows for creative input, while giving ownership and responsibility over the projects in development. I believe strong communication between design and engineering not only benefits the development environment, but in the end, the users as well. Having a passion for testing, I believe we should always be striving to get new data points from both successes and failures, no matter how big or small. I pride my self on results driven design, with a focus on the business requirements while providing effective experiences to the end users.
